2018 ‘Blue Fence’ Shiraz (museum collection)
LIMIT OF 3 BOTTLES PER ORDER This Mike De Iuliis-made Shiraz is ageing gracefully. Mike played with a combo of old and new French oak to get maximum flavour saturation from our grapes, giving us lots of heavy dark berry fruit flavours. This wine is maturing into a real standout, along the lines of our 2016 and 2017 Mike-made Shiraz. -
2019 ‘Thirty Two Rows’ Shiraz (museum collection)
LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER As Mike De Iuliius has said: our little vineyard produces 'a Shiraz with an amazing lifted perfume aroma'. Fresh and vibrant with, we reckon, raspberry and rhubarb flavours exciting the palate ... it's terrific! As with all our other Shiraz, this one will cellar very well for 10-12 years. -
2020 ‘The Single Barrel’ Shiraz
LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER 2020 was a tough year, but wowser, did we produce an exceptional Shiraz! Performing like an already-aged red, this wine is deep and rich in colour, has soft tannins, HUGE berry flavours, and a big but elegant finish. Hand-bottled and hand-labelled, this wine is a wee bit special to us. Will cellar well for many years to come. -
2021 ‘The Spike’ Shiraz
LIMIT OF 6 BOTTLES PER ORDER Another delightful wine, created for us by Mike De Iuliis. This is a bright, fresh, easy-drinking Shiraz, with lovely subtle berry notes and, as Heather reckons, raspberry and rhubarb traits. This beaut wine is complex but uncomplicated. -

Our first Shiraz by Nick Paterson – bold, black fruits, spice. A lovely well-rounded wine that will age beautifully.
