2019 ‘Woof Woof Red’
Made by a top Hunter winemaker, using Hunter grapes, this is a lovely light, fresh wine, and it's best served chilled – for bbqs, around the pool, or with pizza. And remember, a portion of each Woof Woof wines bottle sold goes to a range of Aussie animal rescue groups. -

LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER From the Hunter's best vintage ever, this Merlot just keeps improving – soft yet extremely complex on the palate, it has David Hook's style written all over it, with classic fruit flavour dominating, and aged in older French oak. -

Bespoke made by Heather (with vino at hand!), Dukkah is great on a dipping plate, added to salads, eggs and avo toast, and def try it as a light rub on salmon and chicken. Named after Freya, our 25 y.o. ex-racehorse we adopted from the RSPCA in 2020. Full of fragrance and spice, with lovely balanced Merlot traits complemented by gentle integration of French oak staves for about 7 months. -

Medium-bodied and fragrant, this wine has typical Merlot flavours bringing bright, fresh, red berry attributes. Aged in a combo of old and new French oak, we look forward to seeing how this gem will progress with more time in bottle. -

2014 Shiraz (Museum)
LIMIT OF 4 BOTTLES PER ORDER With 6 medals (including a Top Gold Medal) and 2 trophies – need we say more! Deep cherry red in colour, this wine has complex aromas of plum, aniseed, spice and flint. The palate is medium-bodied with blackberry fruit flavours and an interesting note of menthol, finishing with soft and drying tannins. While always magnificent to drink now, this Shiraz will cellar well to at least 2034. -

LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER This Mike De Iuliis-made Shiraz is ageing gracefully. A combo of old and new French oak maximised flavour saturation from our grapes, giving lots of dark berry fruit flavours. Maturing into a real standout, along the lines of our 2016 and 2017 Mike-made Shiraz. -

2020 ‘The Single Barrel’ Shiraz (Museum)
LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER From a tough year but, wowser, we produced an exceptional Shiraz! Performing like an already-aged red, this wine is deep and rich in colour, has soft tannins, HUGE berry flavours, and a big but elegant finish. Hand-bottled and hand-labelled, this one's is a wee bit special to us. Will cellar well for many years to come. -
2021 ‘The Spike’ Shiraz (Museum)
LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER (Only 8 cases left!) Another delightful wine – bright, fresh, and easy-drinking, with lovely subtle berry notes and, as Heather reckons, raspberry and rhubarb traits. This one's complex but uncomplicated.

Our first Shiraz by Nick Paterson – it's bold, with black fruits, spice and a lovely well-rounded finish. Will age beautifully. -
2021 ‘Sweet Sophie’ Verdelho/Sem
For an extra hit of delish, we blended in a hint of Semillon: ripe pineapple, lime and passionfruit flavours, with notes of honeycomb emerging. Sophie is best served VERY well chilled (think slushie). Perfect with charcuterie, cheese and bikkies, spicy dishes and dessert. -
2024 ‘Sweet Sophie’ Verdelho/Sem
Bloody hell! We rate our 2024 Sophie as one of our best – it's sensational! A huge, rich blast of tropical Verdelho yumminess explodes across the palate, finishing with a lovely bright and fresh finish to complement. Just buy it!
