    Bespoke handmade by Heather (with a glass or two of vino in hand!), our Dukkah is great on a dipping plate, or add it to salads and sambos, and def use it as a light rub on salmon cutlets and chicken breasts ... it's great with pretty much anything! Originating in Egypt, Dukkah recipes vary – our version contains sesame seeds, coriander seeds, blanched almonds, hazelnut meal, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, sweet paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Just about all the items are pan-roasted and ground, then blended to make up our pretty bloody good final mix! WARNING: Contains nuts and seeds.

    Bespoke handmade by Heather (with a glass of vino in hand!), our Zaatar is great on a dipping plate, or add it to salads and pizzas, and try using it as a coating on roast vegetables and lamb cutlets/lamb legs etc. With a Middle Eastern background, Zaatar recipes vary – our version contains sumac, thyme, oregano, sesame seeds, marjoram leaves, ground turmeric, dill leaf tips, ground cumin and salt. All items are dry herbs/spices, but we lightly pan-roast the sesame seeds for that lovely sweet and nutty flavour; it really does add another depth of flavour. WARNING: Contains nuts and seeds.

    We've done the hard work and have gathered up all your favourites! Great as a sampling/tasting pack, a picnic partner or as a lovely gift, our Spice Pack contains: small Virgin Olive Oil (250mL), small Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar (250mL), small Dukkah (110g), and small Zaatar (110g). Dukkah contents: sesame seeds, coriander seeds, blanched almonds, hazelnut meal, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, sweet paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Zaatar contents: sumac, thyme, oregano, sesame seeds, marjoram leaves, ground turmeric, dill leaf tips, ground cumin and salt. WARNING: Dukkah and Zaatar contain nuts and seeds. Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar may contain traces of egg, soy, nuts, dairy.

  • Virgin Olive Oil – 500mL

    Made from the Italian Frantoio olive – highly aromatic, and noted for its fruity character and leading quality – this is a cold-pressed virgin olive oil. Great drizzled over salads and pizzas, use to lightly pan fry/roast meat and vegetables, or include it on a dipping plate along with our caramelised balsamic vinegar, Dukkah and Zaatar.

  • Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar – 250mL

    Not that we ever have much after Heather's had a few!, but we put all our leftover red wine into a couple of old oak barrels, and let it turn into red wine vinegar. Once we have enough, we send off the vinegar to a local chef, and she then blends it with caramelised sugar ... yum! We use it to dip with, it's fantastic over salads and pizzas, and it's terrific used as a marinade (try lamb shanks). Be brave and throw it into any pasta sauce (it loves tomatoes!), stews or soups. It's also great over a dessert of dark summer berries and vanilla bean ice cream ... would we lie to you?! WARNING: May contain traces of egg, soy, nuts, dairy.
