2021 ‘Screw Loose’ Shiraz
Our first Shiraz by Nick Paterson – it's bold, with black fruits, spice and a lovely well-rounded finish. Will age beautifully. -
2021 ‘Sweet Sophie’ Verdelho/Sem
For an extra hit of delish, we blended in a hint of Semillon: ripe pineapple, lime and passionfruit flavours, with notes of honeycomb emerging. Sophie is best served VERY well chilled (think slushie). Perfect with charcuterie, cheese and bikkies, spicy dishes and dessert.
