This is a real little sweetie with a beautifully balanced and crisp finish. Enjoy well-chilled as an aperitif, with delicate desserts, to temper light Asian dishes, or to complement charcuterie and cheese. -
2021 ‘Sweet Sophie’ Verdelho/Sem
Yeah baby, this vintage is a winner! For an extra hit of delish we blended in a hint of Semillon to give us a Sophie like never before: rich, ripe pineapple, lime and passionfruit flavours, with notes of honeycomb emerging. Sophie is best served VERY well chilled (think slushie). Perfect with charcuterie, cheese and bikkies, spicy dishes and dessert.
