LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER From the Hunter's best vintage ever, this Merlot just keeps improving – soft yet extremely complex on the palate, it has David Hook's style written all over it, with classic fruit flavour dominating, and aged in older French oak. -
2022 ‘2 Horsepower’ Merlot
Medium-bodied and fragrant, this wine has typical Merlot flavours bringing bright, fresh, red berry attributes. Aged in a combo of old and new French oak, we look forward to seeing how this gem will progress with more time in bottle. -
2014 Shiraz (Museum)
LIMIT OF 4 BOTTLES PER ORDER With 6 medals (including a Top Gold Medal) and 2 trophies – need we say more! Deep cherry red in colour, this wine has complex aromas of plum, aniseed, spice and flint. The palate is medium-bodied with blackberry fruit flavours and an interesting note of menthol, finishing with soft and drying tannins. While always magnificent to drink now, this Shiraz will cellar well to at least 2034. -
2016 Shiraz (Museum)
LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER This is the first Shiraz in our own Made By Mike (De Iuliis) series. We weren't very creative when we named it but, boy, it's a bloody great Shiraz! -
2021 ‘The Spike’ Shiraz (Museum)
LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER (Only 8 cases left!) Another delightful wine – bright, fresh, and easy-drinking, with lovely subtle berry notes and, as Heather reckons, raspberry and rhubarb traits. This one's complex but uncomplicated.
