This is a ripper! Made by a top-notch winemaker, using Hunter grapes, it's a lovely light, bright and fragrant wine, and it's soooo good chilled. Great at bbqs, around the pool, or with pizza; in cooler months, serve at room temperature to accompany pastas, soups and stews. Fresh and vibrant with, we reckon, raspberry and rhubarb flavours exciting the palate ... it's terrific! As with all our other Shiraz, this one will cellar very well for 10-12 years.
