Bespoke made by Heather (with a glass or two of vino in hand!), our Dukkah is great on a dipping plate, or add it to salads and sambos, and def use it as a light rub on salmon cutlets and chicken breasts … it’s great with pretty much anything! Originating in Egypt, Dukkah recipes vary – our version contains sesame seeds, coriander seeds, blanched almonds, hazelnut meal, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, sweet paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Just about all the items are pan-roasted and ground, then blended to make up our pretty bloody good final mix!
