2020 ‘Freya’s Vintage’ Merlot
Named after Freya, our 23 y.o. ex-racehorse we adopted from the RSPCA in 2020. This Merlot is full of fragrance and spice (and just a hint of Muscat grapes). Lovely balanced Merlot traits are complemented by gentle integration of French oak staves for about 7 months. -
2020 ‘The Single Barrel’ Shiraz
LIMIT OF 2 BOTTLES PER ORDER (only 48 bottles available). 2020 was a tough year, but wowser, did we produce an exceptional Shiraz! Performing like an already-aged red, this wine is deep and rich in colour, has soft tannins, HUGE berry flavours, and a big but elegant finish. Hand-bottled and hand-labelled, this wine is a wee bit special to us. Will cellar well for many years to come.
