For an extra hit of delish we blended in a hint of Semillon to give us a Sophie like never before: rich, ripe pineapple, lime and passionfruit flavours, with notes of honeycomb emerging. Sophie is best served VERY well chilled (think slushie). Perfect with charcuterie, cheese and bikkies, spicy dishes and dessert.
